June 2021 - Love Letter

Let’s Celebrate Dads, Grads, and Summer!

Dear Friend,

We have so much to celebrate this month in June. The school year is ending and many students are graduating. Summer officially starts on June 20th with the Summer Solstice while we are celebrating our dads on the same day for Father’s Day. I will attempt to weave all of this together for you in this month’s Love Letter and Love Notes!

This month we will explore:

  • The Divine Father

  • Spirit Animal - Beaver

  • Daily Practice - Protecting and Nurturing our Children

  • Susan's favorites!

I hope you enjoy this month’s Love Letter and Love Notes!

Celebrating The Divine Father!

Like the Divine Father, fathers provide order, protection, structure and wisdom to their families.

Let’s think of the fathers in our lives: fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, teachers, mentors, counselors, coaches, ministers. Some of you will even think of others in your life who supported you as a father would. For those who have/had significant pain around the relationship with your father, take a moment to focus on the Divine Father energy that is available to each and every one of us at all times, in every moment.

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 20th in the United States where I live. We celebrate all fathers and all forms of fathering. We celebrate the fathers in our lives for the feeling of safety and order that is a critical foundation of our success as human beings in the world.

Spirit Animal - Beaver

Our spirit animal this month is Beaver. Like a father, Beaver is always building and protecting. Beaver provides us with a steady presence of work to build and create a pure, clean home that is safe for its family. Peace, joy, and love is built on a daily basis. Beaver teaches us to build a little bit each day and to protect what we build. How can we listen and learn from Beaver? What needs to be built in your life and family to allow for a healthy (spiritually, emotionally, physically) "place" to live, work and grow? And how can it be tended to on a daily basis?

The Daily Practice -Protect and Nurture our Children

A Daily Practice is a vital and wonderful tool for bringing all of this together in your heart and soul! This is time for you to check in with your heart and with your higher power. This month we will explore a positive and fun way to protect and nurture our children. To get started, think of a child in your life (or your own inner child!). Jot down your top 3 favorite traits about this child! Save the list for week 4.

My Favorite Summertime Dessert!

Let’s kick off summer with this ‘nice’ cream made with frozen bananas in a blender. The easiest, healthiest ice cream that everyone can enjoy on a hot, summer day! If you give it a try, tell me what you think! https://fitfoodiefinds.com/banana-soft-serve-recipes/

You are Loved!

In closing, I want to remind you how deeply loved you are by the Divine Father just simply because you are part of creation. You have the power within yourself to make positive joyful change in your life, to listen for the sacred wisdom within you, and to build your life. Thank you for joining me on this journey to love, heal, and grow! Hit reply if you have any questions or comments for me. I love to hear from you.

Always remember that you are loved beyond measure!

Lovingly,

Susan
